Yes, the panels can be installed over insulated interior walls, but they do require a solid substrate for proper attachment. We would recommend installing plywood or OSB over the insulated wall first, then attaching the panels to that surface. The panels should not be installed directly to exposed faced fiberglass insulation alone.
