Is it possible to obtain a seamless look with the smooth concrete panels?
Concrete Smooth Faux Wall Panels-Standard
I'm looking to create a finished smooth concrete look on the structure surrounding an outdoor fireplace, similar to concrete stucco. Would the color matched grout/caulking be used to fill seams and help to achieve that look?

The Concrete Smooth panels will have a visible seam where the panels join together, so they would not provide a completely seamless look. The seams are typically clean and consistent, but they will still be noticeable with this style.
